Jérôme Jeauffroy

Jérôme Jeauffroy, Managing Partner, has 37 years of management and investment experience in infrastructure and public services.
He joined the Manager in May 2008 and has, since then, actively participated in the fundraising of Cube and led Cube’s investments and the management of its assets in the fields of public transport, energy supply, power generation and environment.
Prior to this, Mr. Jeauffroy was with Veolia Transport since 1987 where he developed the international activity through both acquisitions and successfully organic growth.
He held the position of CEO for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Pacific area.
He was responsible for €2.7 billion of revenues and the management of 45,000 employees in 25 countries.
Mr. Jeauffroy started his carrier at EdF/GdF (Electricité et Gaz de France), where he handled different management positions from 1983.
Mr. Jeauffroy is a graduate of Ecole des Mines and holds a Masters in Business Administration from HEC.
