Shumow is an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Shumow earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (J.D., 2007).
He also earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with honors, (B.B.A., real estate & urban land economics, English, 2004) while conducting major research entitled, International Investment Opportunity in Affordable Housing Market of Kazakhstan.
