In 2023, Rathbones Group Plc (LON: RAT) acquired the firm from Investec Plc (LON: INVP, ADR: IVTJY) in Great Britain. IW&I provides a range of investment management and financial planning services for individual clients, charities, trusts and clients of professional advisers on a bespoke basis.

(RSIM) is the ivestment management subsidiary of Rensburg Sheppards Plc, itself a subsidiary of Investec Plc (LSE: INVP) in Great Britain, an international specialist bank and asset manager that provides a range of financial products and services to a select client base in Great Britain, South Africa, Australia and certain other countries. RSIM can trace its roots back to 1873 when stockbrokers Stanley Battye & Co. was founded. Based in London with regional offices throughout Great Britain, the firm provides investment management services and advice to private investors, trusts, charities and small pension funds.
