Prior to joining Avista in March 2006, Mr. Holland was the CFO of Oak Hill Capital Management in New York.
He joined Oak Hill in November 1995 and was responsible for the daily operations, accounting, tax and regulatory compliance for over 70 entities.
Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked for 6 years at Alliance Capital and was responsible for the accounting and administration of 4 investment partnerships with assets of over $2 billion.
Mr. Holland also previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Holland is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his BS degree from Rutgers University.
