Foley is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. He is President of DTG Operations, Inc., which he joined in 1995.
Mr. Foley joined Hertz Corporation in 1978 and had been Zone Manager-Operations since 1986.
He joined National Car Rental in 1989 and had been Vice President-Northeast Region and Vice President-West Region.
Mr. Foley joined Dollar Rent A Car Systems, Inc. in August 1995 and has been Executive Vice President-Operations.
He had been Senior Executive Vice President-Corporate Operations of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. since October 2003.
Mr. Foley received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Administration from St. Michael's College in Winooski, Vermont and is a graduate of the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania's Advanced Management Program.
