Jorge López

Jorge is a Principal at Charme Capital Partners and is based in Madrid.
He is focused on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across sectors and on portfolio company management.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jorge was Managing Partner of Liceo Capital Advisors, a mid-market M&A consultancy firm he founded in 2019 and where he advised in transactions worth circa.
€400m in the Spanish mid-market.
Previously, he worked as an Investment Director at Poniente Capital Ventures, in Madrid, and as an Investment Associate at GSP Capital in London, and H.I.G.
Capital in Madrid.
He began his career as a process engineer at Nestlé in Switzerland.
Jorge has a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne – EPFL – where he was awarded the Robert Zanelli Prize, a MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICAI – where he was awarded the scholarship and diploma of excellence from the regional government of Madrid and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
