Joseph M. Healy

Mr. Healy is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Outsourcing Services Group (OSG), a leading provider of outsourced services including manufacturing, packaging and clinical services to the North American health and beauty aid and healthcare markets.
Prior to becoming Chairman in 2003, he served as OSG’s Chief Executive Officer.
Previous executive management positions include serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rickett & Colman, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of household cleaning products, and as President of Lehn & Fink’s Household Products Division, a leading manufacturer of household disinfectants, including Lysol.
Mr. Healy moved to Rickett & Colman when it purchased Lehn & Fink in 1995.
Mr. Healy holds a B.A.
degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He serves on several industry boards, including the Cosmetics, Toiletries, Fragrances Association, the Consumer Specialty Products Association and the Canadian Consumer Specialty Products Association.
