Prior to joining Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Mr. Bush was a Principal at Baxter International, Inc. where he spent over 25 years in various leadership positions managing bio-therapeutic and medical device sector businesses.
Most recently he served as President of Baxter's global Vaccine Business.
Prior to that, he managed the company’s European Biotech and worldwide Blood Therapies businesses.
