Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA (Petercam IAM) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of financial institution Petercam SA in Belgium, established in 1968 as a private partnership with partners holding 70% of the equity and the remaining 30% held jointly by the two founding families, Peterbroeck & Van Campenhout. Banque Degroof Petercam SA (Private Banking) (Petercam-PB) is the private banking division of Banque Degroof Petercam SA (BSE: 698814) in Belgium. The firm was founded in 1871 when Belgian brokerage firms Peterbroeck and Van Campenhout merged to form SCS Peterbroeck, Van Campenhout & Cie GCV. In 2015, Bank Degroof and Petercam merged to form Bank Degroof Petercam. Headquartered in Brussels, Petercam-PB provides private banking and institutional asset management services to institutions, government agencies, corporations and high-net worth private individuals, primarily in the Benelux countries.

Goldman Sachs Advisors BV (GSBV) is the wholly owned, Netherlands-based investment management subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International Holdings BV, ultimately held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) (Goldman Sachs) in the US. Founded in 1994 as ING Investment Management Advisors BV, the firm became NNIP Advisors BV in 2015 following the IPO of NN Group. They changed their name to Goldman Sachs Advisors BV in 2023 after the acquisition of Goldman Sachs to NN Group in 2022. INGIM-BE provides a combination of retail and private banking financial services. The firm is the local distributor for the group's diverse range of investment products, and also distributes the Belgium- and Luxembourg-domiciled funds globally. In Europe the investment management center is in the Netherlands.
