Stewart is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Metara, Inc. and a Founder of Theta-Eight.
He joined Metara in January 2001.
Previously, he was Vice President of the CVD division for Lam Research Corp.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Mr. Stewart received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
He is a Certified Professional Engineer.
