Lauren van Aanholt

Ms. Lauren van Aanholt is an Associate Director of Research at Invesco Australia Ltd.
She joined Invesco Real Estate in 2014 and has previously worked within the Acquisitions team.
Working closely with the Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate Research, she assists with reviewing, forecasting and providing strategic recommendations for responsible markets including Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
Ms. van Aanholt also supports the Asian Real Estate Research team by identifying key market trends, preparing the bi-annual Invesco House View and providing market research to support Invesco’s investment decisions and asset management activities.
She has over nine years’ experience in the property industry as a property consultant and valuer.
Prior to joining Invesco, she was a valuer with Urbis and has experience as a property consultant with Blackwell Consulting.
She graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Property Economics.
She is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, holds a Certificate in Financial Analysis and is a Certified Practicing Valuer.
