Li Chen

Li Chen is the founder of Hua Medicine Ltd., a company founded in 2009, where he currently holds the position of President, CEO & Executive Director.
He is also the founder of Hua Medicine (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., established in 2011, where he serves as Chairman, CEO & General Manager.
In addition to his founding positions, Dr. Chen currently holds several other roles.
Since 2014, he has been an Independent Director at Coland Holdings Ltd. He has also been a Director at Hua Medicine Technology (Hong Kong) Ltd. since 2010.
Furthermore, Dr. Chen is a Member at Roche Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at Tongji University.
Dr. Chen has previously held positions at Coland Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as an Independent Director from 2014 to 2020.
He has also served as President & Director of the Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association.
Additionally, Dr. Chen has held the role of Chief Scientific Officer & Director at Roche R & D Center China Co. Ltd. and Principal at Hoffmann-La Roche, Inc. He has also worked as a Lecturer-Organic Chemistry at East China Normal University and as Chief Scientific Officer & Head-Research at Roche (China) Investment Co., Ltd.Dr. Chen's education includes a doctorate degree from Iowa State University in 1992.
He also holds undergraduate degrees from Zhengzhou University (1982) and East China Normal University (1985).
