Lisa Liu

Lisa joined SignalFire in 2023 as a Principal focused on venture and growth-stage software investments.
Prior to joining SignalFire, Lisa spent over 5 years at General Atlantic in New York where she invested in growth-stage and pre-IPO software and consumer internet investments globally.
She also helped build out the firm’s first thematic sourcing program and earlier stage investing efforts.
Her journey in investing began with a summer internship at an early-stage fund in Singapore.
By getting to know founders in emerging markets, she discovered her passion for learning about new technologies and working with entrepreneurs with global ambitions.
Lisa graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.
in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Operations, Information, and Decisions.
Outside of work, Lisa can be found practicing yoga, boxing, or dancing at a concert.
She enjoys (après) skiing, traveling, and exploring the NYC restaurant scene.
