Loretta Reynolds

Loretta Reynolds is a Member of the Anacacia Capital Business Advisory Council, a non-executive director of RP Infrastructure, a leading provider of professional services to the infrastructure sector, and a Partner and the Chair of Thomson Geer Lawyers.
Loretta is also a Non-Executive Director of the Federal Government owned ASC Pty Ltd and of PMB Defence Pty Ltd, a manufacturer of superior battery systems for world-class submarines.
Loretta has more than 20 years' experience in the legal sector, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, funds management and complex commercial transactions.
Loretta holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, she has completed the FINSIA Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, the Advanced Insolvency Law and Practice I & II at The University of Queensland.
Loretta is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.
