Montinola is currently the Chairman of Far Eastern University, Inc., Chairman of FERN Realty Corp., Chairman & President of FEU Educational Foundation, Inc., Chairman-Emeritus of Nicanor Reyes Educational Foundation, Non-Executive Chairman of Far Eastern College Silang, Director of English Speaking Union (Philippines), Trustee of AY Foundation, Inc., President of Desrey, Inc., President of Seyrel Investment & Realty Corp., and Member of Asia Society Philippine Foundation, Inc. She is also a Trustee of FEU Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, Nicanor Reyes Memorial Foundation, and East Asia Educational Foundation, Inc. Additionally, she is a Member of Museum Foundation of the Philippines, Oriental Ceramic Society of The Philippines, Heritage Conservation Society, and The Philippine Textile Society.
Dr. Montinola previously served as a Director of Memorare Manila.
She holds a doctorate degree from the University of the Philippines and an undergraduate degree from Marymount College.
