Luigi Fraquelli

Mr. Luigi Fraquelli is Co-Founder at Gibraltar Ventures.
He co-founded Gibraltar Ventures in 2013.
Mr. Fraquelli is a former financial service professional with over 25 years of experience in investment banking.
His investment banking experience includes providing M&A advisory services and leading numerous public and private debt and equity financings for companies across a broad range of industry sectors including telecommunications, consumer products and life sciences.
From 1985 through 2010, he held various investment-banking positions of increasing responsibility at BMO Capital Markets and predecessor companies.
He began his career in Toronto and progressed to the role of Managing Director in the Montreal office with the primary responsibility of servicing the broader financial service needs of Quebec-based corporate clients.
Since 2011, he has been managing personal investments, including investing in various privately held early stage opportunities.
Mr. Fraquelli obtained a Bachelors of Engineering (Chemical) from McGill University in 1983 and an MBA from McGill University in 1985.
