Marc Schwarz is Investment Director at Waterland in Munich, Germany.
Prior to Waterland, he worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company with focus on the Private Equity Industry and conducted numerous Commercial Due Diligences in various industries.
Additionally, he is experienced in the field of Post-Acquisition and supported Private Equity Portfolio companies in Strategy- and Performance-projects.
Furthermore, he completed several internships, including programs with Deutsche Bank, Rocket Internet and Hg Capital.
Marc Schwarz holds a Master’s Degree in General Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and completed exchange-programs at Harvard University, Boston University and Case Western Reserve University.
