Comfort is an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, Inc. He brings over 30 years’ experience.
His primary focus is constructing and managing conservative balanced portfolios.
He also specializes in fixed-income investing and has extensive knowledge of available yields and strategies, many of which use government, corporate and convertible securities that provide an income stream and capital gains.
Beginning with TD Bank and then joining Richardson Greenshields of Canada Limited in 1985, Mr. Comfort began to establish the investment principles and approach that add value to his recommendations and client relationships today.
He holds a number of industry designations, including the Canadian Securities Course; Canadian and U.S.
Options, Commodities and Futures licenses; his Level II Insurance license; Canadian Investment Finance (CIF); Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), recognized as the highest honour in the financial services industry.
