Marvin E.
Rosenthale was the founder of Medinox, Inc. founded in 1995 where he held the title of Director until 2018.
He was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Allergan Ligand Retinoid Therapeutics, Inc. from 1993 to 1999.
He was also a Director at Radient Pharmaceuticals Corp.
in 2006, and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. from 1998 to 2018.
Additionally, he was a Director at Allergan Specialty Therapeutics, Inc. in 2000.
Dr. Rosenthale held the title of Executive Director-Drug Discovery Research at Hahnemann University and Ortho Pharmaceutical Corp.
He was also the Vice President-Drug Discovery Worldwide at R.W.
Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute.
Dr. Rosenthale received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and his doctorate from Drexel University College of Medicine.
