Michael F. Meimerstorf

Mr. Meimerstorf, a certified public accountant, has been our Controller since January 1988 and a Vice President since May 1990.
He was our Accounting Manager from February 1984 to January 1988.
From April 1981 to February 1984, he was the Financial Reporting Supervisor for Andover.
From June 1979 to April 1981, he was an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has a B.S.
Degree in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University and an M.B.A. Degree from the University of Arkansas.
