He was Senior Attorney for Former Choice from November 1996 to June 1997; Senior Attorney for Manor Care from January 1996 to October 1996; Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Caterair International Corporation from April 1994 to December 1995; and Assistant General Counsel of Caterair International from May 1990 to March 1994.
DeSantis is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and French from John Carroll University, also in Cleveland.
DeSantis is a member of the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
