Michael Levett

Mr. Levett has been the President & CEO of CDC since joining the organization in 1994.
He has extensive international business experience, developing and managing trade, economic, cultural and entertainment ventures throughout the world.
Prior to joining CDC, he operated business partnerships in the Soviet Union and its successor states and went on to serve as founding President of Business for Social Responsibility (1992).
Mr. Levett was previously the vice president of two major film companies: Lucasfilm, Ltd. and Dino DeLaurentiis Corp.
He has also reported for the Los Angeles Times, written and directed educational films, managed several political campaigns, and worked in national and local government.
Mr. Levett received his J.D.
and B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
He was a White House Fellow and a Loeb Fellow of Harvard University.
