Michael Wiacek

Prior to joining Formation Capital in September 2006, Mr. Wiacek was a Vice President at Resource Healthcare of America.
In this capacity, he oversaw all asset management functions and investor relations relating to RHA’s affordable housing, student housing, senior care and consulting portfolios.
Prior to RHA, he served as the Director of Finance and Administration for Jerusalem House and earlier on, he also worked in various financial management roles for Medaphis Physician Services, The Athlete’s Foot Group, Inc. and WH Smith, Inc. Mr. Wiacek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and in 2003, he completed the Executive MBA program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
