ZG Group is a holding company, which engages in the provision of digital platform for third-party steel transactions. It operates through the following segments: Transaction Services, Transaction Support Services, Technology Subscription Services, Overseas Transaction Services, and Others. The Transaction Services segment acts as agent and earns commission from trading steel products via an online platform. The Transaction Support Services segment offers one-stop logistics, warehouse and processing services, as well as integrated supply chain financing services. The Technology Subscription Services segment consists of digital transaction solutions via digital platforms to facilitate transaction services among users which includes SaaS services, data analysis, and other customer value-added services. The Overseas Transaction Services segment procures steel products from manufacturers, manages inventories, and distributes directly to overseas customers. The Others segment refers to the non-steel commodities from manufacturers according to customers’ request, manage inventories, and sells to domestic third-party customers. The company was founded by Dong Wang, Chang Hui Wang, and Hui Gang Rao in 2012 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
