Barnard, CFA, is an Investment Analyst at Laird Norton Wealth Management LLC.
He Joined firm in 2018.
He is an analyst on the Investment Strategy and Research team.
He is primarily responsible for sourcing, analyzing and recommending investment managers in alternative assets, including hedge funds and private equity.
Prior to joining LNWM, Mr. Barnard was a senior analyst at the Utah School and Institutional Trust Funds Office in Salt Lake City, Utah, a portfolio analyst at Leader Capital in Portland, Oregon and a senior research analyst at RVK, Inc., also in Portland.
He has a decade of experience conducting investment research and analysis, asset manager due diligence and the sourcing and analysis of investment strategies in both fixed-income and equity asset classes.
He has a master’s degree in computational finance and risk management from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Colorado.
He is a CFA Charter holder.
