Nick graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 2000.
Nick moved to TMG Corporate Finance where he gained extensive experience advising on a large number of private equity and private company M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors.
While at TMG, he advised on a number of CorpAcq’s initial acquisitions.
Nick joined CorpAcq in 2013.
As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the financial matters across the group and manages the day-to-day relationships with CorpAcq’s key funders.
Nick is an integral part of CorpAcq’s acquisitions team.
