Avia Solutions Group AB is a holding company, which engages in the provision of aviation solutions and services. It operates through the following business segments: Aircraft and Helicopter Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO); Aircraft Ground Handling and Fuelling; Crew Training and Staffing; Private Jet Charter, Flight and Tour Operations; and Unallocated. The Aircraft MRO segment handles the aircraft and aircraft components maintenance, repair, overhaul, engineering, spare parts and consumable sale, technical personnel training. The Aircraft Ground Handling and Fuelling segment manages the aircraft handling, passengers servicing, tickets sale and into-plane fuelling. The Crew Training and Staffing segment is involved in the full scope of integrated flight training solutions. The Private Jet Charter, Flight, and Tour Operations segment includes carriage of passengers by private and corporate charter flights, operating remotely piloted airborne system and developing control and image processing systems and aerial monitoring. The Unallocated Sales segment includes sales of management services, which cannot be attributed to the other segments. The company was founded in 1938 and is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
