Ms. Paula P.
Davis is a Principal & Vice President of Client Experience at True North Advisors LLC and a Member at Watermark Community Church.
She supervises Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Operations, Sales, and Marketing for True North.
She spends much of her time focused on driving industry-high client satisfaction levels, creating efficiencies in core process execution, and serving as project manager for various company-wide strategic initiatives.
She previously managed Human Resources for True North and has worn many hats since she joined the firm in 2005.
Prior to True North, she worked in the corporate office of Tin Star Restaurants.
There, she played an integral role in the company’s rapid national growth, serving as Administrative Director.
She graduated Cum Laude from Stephen F.
Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics.
She has a certificate of graduate studies from the Dallas Theological Seminary and certifications in personal training and biomechanics of strength training from the Cooper Aerobics Institute in Dallas.
