Ms. Venable has been in the financial services industry since her career began in in 1987 and has spent much of that time serving multi-generational, ultra-high net worth families.
She came to CapWealth from the GenSpring Family Offices, a multi-family office firm owned by SunTrust Bank whose Nashville office she launched in 2009.
Ms. Venable was the chief investment officer for GenSpring’s client families in the Southeastern United States but also oversaw the company’s national leadership team that conducted family member education programs across the United States.
Prior to her work with GenSpring, she held various positions with SunTrust in both Nashville and central Florida, all roles in which she provided wealth management services to high-net-worth families, individuals, family foundations and charitable organizations.
?Ms. Venable earned her Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics at Murray State University in Kentucky.
She continued on at Murray State to earn her MBA in Finance and Economics.
In addition to holding the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), she also holds certifications from both the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and the Regional Trust School at Samford University.
