Polina Bermisheva

Polina is a Partner at TenSquared Capital LLC (10SQ) and brings over fifteen years of experience in investing, research, investment banking, and startup product operations in the fintech and digital asset markets.
Prior to 10SQ, Polina was a Principal at 10T Holdings, LLC, a $1.2Bn AUM growth equity firm focused on investing in mid-to-late-stage companies in the Digital Asset Ecosystem (DAE).
At 10T, she led research and was responsible for sourcing and diligence of investments in Web3 fintech.
Before joining 10T, Polina worked at Element / Actual Group - an investment bank focused on digital assets – where she was responsible for launching and managing OTC digital trading and asset management, working closely with many major digital asset blue-chip companies.
She was also a Venture Fellow at Spike Ventures, a Stanford-focused early-stage venture fund within Alumni Ventures Group ($1Bn AUM) and a community of Stanford alumni investors.
Before focusing on digital assets, Polina had a career in consulting and investment banking, focused on M&A and capital raises for companies in the financial institutions space.
Polina graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2016, where she received her Master of Science in Management and was an Alfred P.
Sloan Fellow.
Polina is passionate about fintech and digital assets and wants to see how disruptive technologies transform the financial services industry.
