She spent 17 years at Genzyme and Sanofi in leadership roles in business development, strategy, and commercial across a range of disease areas and modalities.
Most recently, she was the Global Vice President of Digital Strategy, Partnering and Governance to drive the digital transformation of the company.
Rachel holds a BS in Chemistry from MIT and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
