He was Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. until September 8, 2008 and a Director from June 2004 to November 10, 2008.
Mr. Wilson served on the Executive Committee and as an Integral Member of the Management Group for Airbus SAS from January 2001 to January 2004.
He served as Executive Vice President of Procurement for the Toulouse, France-based Company.
Prior to that, Mr. Wilson was Managing Director for Airbus UK from September 1997 to January 2001 and a Member of the Airbus Executive Board.
Currently, he is a Non-Executive Director of the Gardner Group Ltd.
