Bridgeway's growth capital loans typically range up to $500,000 with fixed rates and a term of up to 10 years. These loans require a subordinated lien. The firm's 504 loans range from $50,000 to $4 million. Companies must be for-profit, located in Pennsylvania and need capital for real estate and/or long-lived equipment (soft project costs may be included).
