Dynegy Holdings LLC is a holding company. Its primary business is the production and sale of electric energy, capacity and ancillary services. The Dynegy Northeast segment is comprised of the Roseton and Danskammer facilities located in Newburgh, New York, with a total capacity of 1,693 MW. Its customer's base includes RTOs and ISOs, integrated utilities, municipalities, electric cooperatives, transmission and distribution utilities, industrial customers, power marketers and financial participants. The company is headquartered in Houston, TX.
