Dowdle is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC.
He joined the firm in 2015.
He is a Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of the Global Credit Long/Short Team.
He has over 24 years of industry experience.
Most recently, Mr. Dowdle was co-founder and portfolio manager of Orchard Square Partners, where he had research coverage responsibility for metals, mining, industrials, paper and forest products and financials.
Previously, he was a managing director and co-portfolio manager for the Ramius Global Credit Funds.
He joined Ramius in September 2008.
He was formerly a partner and portfolio manager at Arx Investment Management from 2002 through 2008.
Prior to that, he was a vice president at Salomon Smith Barney focusing on the steel, metals and mining industries.
He began his career at Salomon Brothers as a financial analyst in the Energy and Chemicals Group.
He received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Utah.
