Prior to joining Carlyle, he was Director of Asset Management at PRP Real Estate Investment Management where he managed PRP's opportunistic real estate funds.
Prior to that, he managed Wachovia's structured finance equity investments.
Mr. Kelly received his B.S.
in business administration from Mary Washington University and completed the University of Shopping Centers Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
