Robert Joseph Lefkowitz is the founder of Xsira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (founded in 1999), Trevena, Inc. (founded in 2007), and Septerna, Inc. (founded in 2019).
He currently holds positions as the Director at The Burroughs Wellcome Fund (since 2019), a Member of the National Academy of Sciences, and a Professor at Duke University Medical Center (since 2013).
