Sarah Mudho

Sarah Mudho began providing legal services to the firm’s funds and portfolio companies beginning in 2015.
Sarah is a member of Wellspring’s investment committee.
Prior to joining Wellspring, Sarah was a counsel in the corporate department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York where she was involved in a number of Wellspring transactions over the last nine years, including National Seating & Mobility, Inc., Cleaver-Brooks, United Sporting Companies, Crosman Corporation, Resco Products and ThermaSys Corporation.
While she was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Paul Weiss, Sarah worked on various foreign and domestic acquisitions and investments, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other transactions for U.S.-based and overseas clients engaged in a wide variety of businesses, including the steel, manufacturing, defense, hospitality, healthcare, sporting goods and consumer goods industries.
Sarah graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and obtained her J.D.
from Columbia Law School.
She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
