Stephen J. DeVoe

Mr. DeVoe is a member of the professional team at Forest Investment Management.
Prior to 2000, Mr. DeVoe was the Chief Operating Officer of both Forum Capital Markets LLC (a formerly affiliated broker-dealer) and Forest.
Mr. De Voe was a Managing Director at Paine Webber as the Head of the Equity Derivatives, Commercial Futures and Foreign Exchange Divison and a member of the firms Operating Committee and Asset and Liability Committee from 1991 to 1995.
Prior to Paine Webber, Inc, Mr. De Voe spent eleven years at Smith Barney in various management positions ending as the Executive Vice President- Head of the Institutional Equity Division and Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. De Voe received his MBA in Accounting from New York University and a BS in Finance at La Salle University.
