Ted Webb

Mr. Ted Webb is a Managing Director at IBI Corporate Finance Ltd. He heads up the private company unit and has been with the firm since 1996.
He has advised on numerous high-profile transactions covering trade sales, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, buy-outs, fundraisings, restructurings and debt advisory mandates.
Prior to IBI Corporate Finance, he was the Head of Strategic Development in Bank of Ireland Securities Services in 1995.
In 1993, he joined the Fyffes Plc acquisition team in London.
Having qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, he worked with KPMG in Toronto and London in a number of senior roles.
Mr. Webb graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from University College Galway.
