Teresa Cherry

Teresa Cherry, Chief Financial Officer, Age: 46 Ms. Cherry is the Chief Financial Officer of several junior public companies that trade on the TSXV, NEX, and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
She has over 10 years' experience assisting public companies with financial reporting in the exploration, development, and production stages.
Ms. Cherry is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPA, CGA).
Ms. Cherry is not an employee or independent contractor of AQR or Black Pine and has not entered into a noncompetition or confidentiality agreement with AQR or Black Pine.
It is not expected Ms. Cherry will become an employee or independent contractor of the Resulting Issuer.
It is expected that she will devote approximately 15% of her time to the business of the Resulting Issuer to effectively fulfill her duties as an officer of the Resulting Issuer.
