Mr. Thomas M.
Franks, CFA MBA, is an Equities Chief Investment Officer at TIAA-CREF Investment Management LLC.
In this role, he oversees active and quantitative portfolio management, equity research and equity trading activities for TIAA Investments.
Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Active and Quantitative Equity Portfolio Management.
