Varsha Raj

Varsha Raj is Director of Product Management for Digital Strategy & Operations.
In her current role, Varsha is responsible for product strategy and digital transformation in supporting care delivery through UPMC’s patient-facing platform – MyUPMC.
Varsha partners with clinical and operational leadership to successfully understand challenges, identify, develop, deploy, and scale innovative, patient-facing experiences and solutions across the system.
Before joining UPMC, Varsha worked in Business Operations at Apple Inc. in Austin, Texas.
Her work focussed on developing platforms and incentive programs for supporting AppleCare service order management globally.
Prior to that, Varsha worked in Public Policy Research and in Public Relations.
Varsha holds a Master of Science degree in International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
