Since 2003, he has been dedicated to deploying and managing the Eagle Funds.
In prior years, Wayne also served as Chairman of Laclede Chain Manufacturing Company; Chief Financial Officer of Intrav, Inc. a St. Louis based international tour operator and cruise line; President of Windsor Capital, an originator of and investor in management led buyouts and leverage acquisitions; President of Windsor Real Estate, a real estate management and investment company; President of Bekins Distribution Services, a logistical service provider to the retail, hotel and restaurant industries; Vice President of Citibank, the banking subsidiary of Citicorp, a New York based financial services conglomerate; and Vice President of Mercantile Bank, a St. Louis bank.
Wayne continues to serve on a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit boards.
Wayne is a native of St. Louis and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
