Wijarn Simachaya

Wijarn Simachaya is currently the Chairman-Bio Based Economic Development at Thailand Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment, the Director at Thailand Environment Institute, an Independent Director at Britania Public Co. Ltd., and the President-University Council at Sisaket Rajabhat University.
Previously, he served as the Director General at Pollution Control Department.
Dr. Simachaya holds a doctorate degree from the University of Guelph, an undergraduate degree from Chiang Mai University, and graduate degrees from Kasetsart University and Ramkhamhaeng University.
