William Shea

William J.
Shea is the founder of Kelley Transportation Services, Inc. (founded in 1984) and serves as the President.
He is also the founder of Bay Cities Leasing LLC and Direct ChassisLink, Inc. Mr. Shea's current job includes being the Director-International Transportation Institute at the University of Denver and serving on the Board of Advisors at Elm Grove Partners LLC.
His former positions include being the Co-Chairman at Pacific Bay Financial Corp.
