Yu Wu Wu

Yu Wu Wu served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Honghua Group Ltd.
from 2018 to 2019 and at China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.
from 2013 to 2019.
Prior to that, Wu was a Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2002 to 2019.
Wu received an undergraduate degree from South China University of Technology in 1982, a graduate degree from Concordia University in 1987, and both a graduate and doctorate degree from New York University in 1992.
