KGRA invests in publicly traded real estate securities, primarily REITs. The value/income strategy employed by the firm is targeted to produce relative returns in excess of the benchmark (the Morgan Stanley REIT index). This strategy is designed to produce a portfolio that includes a combination of the most attractively priced core real estate companies and a mix of under-followed, out of favor and out of cycle companies. Portfolios typically are concentrated and consist of companies that trade at discounted valuations. The stock research and selection process is primarily bottom-up with primary research performed by the principals.

Provides retail and commercial banking services

Dexus is an active manager which invests in equity, fixed-income, real estate, infrastructure, and multi-asset and diversified securities. Their investment approach is driven by research, access to their global network and progressive portfolio construction following proprietary processes. Portfolio managers focus on specific markets while maintaining flexibility to invest opportunistically. The firm's investment process is a combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches. In addition to equity portfolios, Dexus manages yield-oriented strategies invested in government and non-government debt, emerging market debt, hybrid securities, derivatives, infrastructure debt, listed and direct real estate. They also manage hedge funds, including an Australian market neutral strategy which follows an enhanced index investment approach. They are also a major wholesale real estate manager and design real estate-backed investment products.

Stewart Investors manages funds across a diverse range of domestic and global asset classes, including Australian and global equities (such as global listed infrastructure, property securities and Stewart Investors), short term investments and cash. They manage long-only equity strategies investing in Asia, Europe, Global Emerging Markets, Indian Subcontinent and Worldwide. They take a long-term bottom-up and benchmark agnostic approach to investing in high-quality companies that contribute to, and benefit from, sustainable development.

Brookfield Redding focuses on North American and global real estate securities. Their value income strategy invests in publicly traded real estate securities, primarily REITs. The investment objective is to provide total returns at least 300 basis points in excess of the MSCI US REIT Total Return Index (RMS) over a 12-month period. Brookfield Redding's portfolios are concentrated and seek to combine the most attractively priced core real estate companies with a mix of under-followed, out-of-favor and out-of-cycle companies. An integral part of this investment strategy is limiting assets under management and remaining flexible in an attempt to capitalize on market inefficiencies. The firm implements a bottom-up stock research and stock selection process.
