Ms. Anna Zhong, CFA MBA, is a Portfolio Manager at Barings Investment Advisers (Hong Kong) Ltd. She is co-responsible in leading the Asian property securities investment strategy and is a member of Cornerstone's Global Securities group.
She was Managing Director & Head of Global Real Estate Research at HSBC Securities, where she was involved in the underwriting of many of the property companies' IPO's in the Hong Kong/China region.
Prior to joining HSBC in August 2005, she was a Portfolio Manager with ABN AMRO where she managed ABN AMRO's Asia Pacific real estate securities portfolios and was a member of the Global Property Investment Committee.
Prior to that, she was a Property Analyst with Alliance Capital (which was later named AllianceBernstein LP).
Ms. Zhong earned a BS degree in Computer Science and an MS degree in Systems Engineering both from the University of Maryland and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
