Arthur R.
Zunker, Jr. was Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Eagle Materials, Inc. until December 31, 2008.
He had been Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Materials since January 1994.
Mr. Zunker was Senior Vice President of Administration for Eagle Materials from August 1984 to January 1994.
He is a Member of the Advisory Board of Protection Mutual Insurance Group.
Mr. Zunker joined Centex Corporation in 1971 as Accounting Manager and had been Vice President and Controller of Illinois Cement Company since 1973, Vice President and Controller since 1976, Controller since 1979 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 1984.
Previously, he worked at U.S.
Gypsum Company for 4 years.
Mr. Zunker received a BBA degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
